Project Leaders’ Unit (PLU)
Our firm’s Project Leaders are selected to lead and supply appropriate work stage services (A to L) to each individual client.
Project Leaders engage the assistance of our in-house Service Units to carry out the diverse tasks required for each job. These units specialise in the following work stages (WS) services:
Architecture Design Unit (ADU)
ADU provides Appraisal, Strategic Briefing, Outline Proposals, Detailed Proposal and Final Proposals (WS A to E).

Production Information Unit (PIU)
PIU provides Production Information and Tender Documentation (WS F and G).
Site Operations Unit (SOU)
SOU provides Construction to Practical Completion, After Practical Completion (WS H to L).
Structural Engineering Unit (SEU)
SEU provides Civil and Structural Engineering services following the RIBA Plan of Work (WS A to L).
Quantity Surveying Unit (QSU)
QSU provides pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying and cost control.
